Tree of Life-12 birds

Twelve doves nestle in this Tree of Life. Since antiquity, the number 12 signifies perfection, completeness, entirety, and cosmic order. The twelve months of the year, the twelve stones of the Breastplate of Aaron and the Temple of God in the Revelation, the twelve tribes of Israel, and the twelve apostles. The dove is a symbol of the Holy Spirit, and the twelve doves here symbolize the twelve fruits of the Holy Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, long-suffering, gentleness, faith, modesty, self-control, and chastity.
