When you pass through the Waters

In the middle of the pandemic this summer, a beautiful promise came from Isaiah 43: “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you.” No calamities would affect us because God promised to protect and save us. To illustrate this passage, a Cross consists of horizontal and vertical rivers, featuring the promise of God. The horizontal branch of the river crosses with the vertical branch into the center, where the All-seeing Eye of God resides. The symbols of wheat stalks and grapevines surround the Cross, being the symbols of the Eucharist. Jesus is the Bread and Wine of Life.
